All sessions are 1 hour long. Bookings open for the month on the final business day of the previous month.

Aromatherapy
Immerse yourself in soothing scents and tranquil atmosphere. Ideal for relaxation or a quick nap between lectures.
Massage
We offer massage monday, and a back massager for you to use during your wellness nook appointment.
Activity Center
We offer a range of activities including colouring books, puzzles, and light reading.
Lactation Space
If you need to pump between classes, you can book the wellness nook for a private space.
Meditation & Red Light Therapy
Find your zen with our guided materials and calming environment. Pillows, crystals, dimmable lights, and a mini waterfall create the perfect meditative space.
Hydration Station
We offer light refreshments, we just ask you limit to one per appointment.
Nap Centre
We have a cozy couch and weighted blanket for a quick rest between classes.

5 person max, all student info must be provided at time of booking.
Massage Monday
Join us on Mondays as a registered massage therapist (RMT) offers students relaxation and therapeutic massages.
Check-in
Arrive at SHA 029 15 mins prior to appointment. If you do not show up early, it will cut into your appointment time. Additional info can be found on the booking site.
Cancellation Policy
Please give 24 hours notice for cancellation.
