We offer a wide variety of activities including aromatherapy, meditation, nap therapy, etc.

Accessible Booking

All sessions are 1 hour long. Bookings open for the month on the final business day of the previous month.

Join us on Mondays as a registered massage therapist (RMT) offers students relaxation and therapeutic massages.

Check-in

Arrive at CHA 106 15 mins prior to appointment to fill out patient forms. If you do not show up early, it will cut into your appointment time. Additional info can be found on the booking site.
