President
Rai Ali
Rai is the chief executive and official spokesperson of your student union. In addition to overseeing the operations of OTSU, Rai works to resolve student concerns and advocates on your behalf to the university administration and all levels of government.
Vice President, Student Affairs
Zainab Hussain
Zainab serves as the chief liaison between you, our members and the university administration. They encourage the implementation of projects and campaigns of the OTSU. Along with advocating for students, Zainab oversees programming and events hosted by the OTSU.

Areej Fatima
Areej oversees the services offered by the OTSU. They also advocates and collaborates with Ontario Tech representatives to enhance all services offered on campus.

Matifadza (Mati) Chidovi
Mati serves as the liaison between you and the North Campus. Mati oversees the services offered by the OTSU. They also advocates and collaborates with Ontario Tech representatives to enhance all services offered on the downtown campus.

As the Wellness & Support Services Coordinator, Krysta can guide you through the university’s policies & procedures and will work to protect your rights. If you want confidential advice, need to appeal grades or standing, charges of academic misconduct, or other academic related issues with the University.
Clubs & Societies
Ashley Treavajo
Member Engagement Coordinator oversees the day-to-day operations of the department from a multi-campus perspective. Member Engagement Coordinator helps with finance, budgeting, sponsorship support, mediation and to be sure all clubs and societies run smoothly.
