What is a Society?
Societies are student-run groups that represent a particular area of study.
What are the rules governing the election?
The rules governing the election can be found in the Nomination & Election Policy approved by the OTSU Board of Directors.
Where can I report a campaign violation?
If you suspect a Candidate has violated the OTSU Student Union Society Nomination and Election Policy, complete the online Campaign Violation Form.

Have Campaign Materials that you need to get approved? Submit through this form and expect to hear back via e-mail!
Running in the Election? Print off the Signatures Page and submit them to the OTSU Office (UL100) or Downtown at DTA 151 by February 28th to run!
Campaign Violation Form
Uh-Oh! Has a candidate violated one of the election rules? Use this form to submit details of the incident, and the CRO will investigate.
Letter of Appeal Form
Candidates can appeal any decision made by the CRO to the Elections Committee. Appeals must be made within one business day of the CRO’s decision. For more information, email the CRO at firstname.lastname@example.org
