Our AGM is the most important opportunity you have in shaping the future of your student experience. It is how you can impact the direction of the student union.

What's an AGM?
The AGM is an annual gathering between the OTSU's Board, Executives, and stakeholders (that's you), so that we can inform students of our goals and priorities, disclose finances, and, most importantly, hear from students.

Submitting a proposal
We believe that students have the right to provide input and feedback on the OTSU's strategic direction, raise concerns about the services the OTSU offers, and address matters that they believe the OTSU should advocate on.
Students can submit a proposal to the board regarding governance and policy changes, advocacy issues, or service amendments.
Submissions for proposals are now closed.
The proposal form deadline closed on October 13, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
Appointing a proxy
If you cannot attend the meeting but would still like to participate in any votes, you may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on your behalf. A student can only appoint one proxy to attend/vote on their behalf. Proxy holders must attend in person for voting.
